Change of command held on USS Boxer

The USS Boxer, flagship for Boxer Expeditionary Group, will hold a change of command ceremony at 9:30 a.m. today where Capt. Matthew J. McCloskey will relieve Capt. Bruce W. Nichols.The ceremony will take place at Pearl Harbor.
