Ma'ili man accused of making threats

A Ma'ili man was charged today with two counts of first-degree terroristic threatening stemming from a domestic incident yesterday on Pa'akea Road.

Phonesavanx Sivongxay, 33, is being held in lieu of $15,000 bail pending his District Court appearance tomorrow.
