NELHA signs $5.5M agreement for ocean research

The Natural Energy Laboratory of Hawaii Authority has reached a $5.5 million cooperative agreement with the the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency to conduct research and development in ocean sciences. The work will be performed in Kailua-Kona and is expected to be completed in September 2008. It is a follow-on cooperative agreement.
