Mother arrested after child taken out of state

The child's father called police today alerting them to the location of the minor and woman.
Police arrested the woman, 36, at a Matlock Street apartment at 1 p.m. for first-degree custodial interference. The woman left Hawai'i with the child April 24, police said.
