Three women to become Episcopal canons

For the first time, the Episcopal diocese is celebrating the new ministry of three canons, all women, during a Pentecostal service 9 a.m. Sunday at St. Andrew's. Two will be with the Office of the Bishop, and one will be a canon of St. Andrew's Cathedral.
Also, four adults will be confirmed; with three reaffirming their
Baptismal vows.
