HAWAI'I KAI
Recycling drive today at school

Advertiser Staff

Koko Head Elementary School will hold its last recycling drive of the school year from 7 to 10 a.m. today in front of the school.

The Friends of Koko Head Elementary School runs the recycling drive, said Cheryl Borney, group president.

Money raised goes to pay for a part-time physical education teacher, and drama and music enrichment programs for the students.

The school will accept HI-5 items, and there's no need to sort or count them.

This is the second year the school parents' group has organized periodic recycling drives.
