Man charged with robbery, kidnapping

Shannon Keola Rogan is accused of second-degree robbery and kidnapping. He allegedly used force to acquire currency from an employee of the undisclosed business at 3 a.m. Saturday.
Rogan was arrested the police 55 minutes after the robbery was reported at 41-516 Humuniki St.
He is being held in lieu of $40,000 bail.
