Oceanic cable TV restores digital interactive service

Oceanic Time Warner Cable said it has restored certain digital interactive television services that were disrupted this morning.All Video On Demand and interactive services were restored this afternoon after being unavailable since at least 9:39 a.m., according to the company's Web site.
