Kaua'i CC receives $1,130,000 for projects

Governor Linda Lingle has released $1,130,000 to design Phase II of the One-Stop Center Building and construct a second access road at Kaua'i Community College.A news release from Lingle's office yesterday said $700,000 will be used for the design of Phase II of the One-Stop Center Building. Phase I of the center is under construction and will include space for student and administrative services, and business operations. The remaining $430,000 will be used for the construction of a second access road. Construction is scheduled to start in July 2007 and is expected to be completed by December 2007.
