Crash reported in town-bound lanes of H-3 Freeway

Police, firefighters and paramedics are responding to a report of a traffic crash on the H-3 Freeway in the Pearl Harbor-bound lanes.The collision, which is reported to be on the Pearl Harbor side of the Harano Tunnel, was reported about 7:30 a.m.
The crash is slowing traffic in the area.
