Maui Culinary Academy offering night classes

Maui Culinary Academy is now offering a variety of evening classes to prepare students for employment in Maui's culinary arts industry.Classes offered during the evening session include Culinary Art Skill Building, Short Order Cookery, Pantry, and Fundamental and Intermediate Cookery.
Each class encompasses a wide variety of "hands on" training skills with an introduction to dynamic menu and recipe preparations. Additionally, "Certificates of Competence" are issued to students who successfully meet class requirements.
