Winds will shift out of the southeast and weaken today, leading to afternoon sea breezes and a chance of heavy showers over island interiors, the National Weather Service said.

Tonight: Scattered showers. The rain could be heavy at times. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 72. East wind around 6 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30 percent. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.
