Crafts fans won't want to miss the annual Trash & Treasure Fundraiser Fair, a benefit for Temari, Center for Asian & Pacific Arts, tomorrow at the Japanese Cultural Center of Hawai'i's Manoa Grand Ballroom.

It's the fair's silver anniversary: 25 years ago the faculty of Temari cleaned out their studios and then bought and sold their assorted "trash" amongst each other. The exchange turned into a full-on craft fair that includes artists on an invitation-only basis. Among them this year is Gordon Eder, whose stained-glass box is at left.

Fair hours are 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. (Temari members can enter at 8 a.m.). Admission is free. 536-4566.
