Waiamanalo man held on robbery warrant

Police are holding a Waimanalo man arrested yesterday in Kuli'ou'ou on an outstanding $30,000 warrant for first-degree robbery and first-degree burglary.The charges against Ramzay O. Scanlan, 21, of a Kalau Place address, stem from a June 3 incident that was drug related, according to police.
Scanlan has an initial appearance tomorrow at District Court.
