Charges filed in vehicle-damage case at Waikiki Shell

A woman indicted Oct. 24 by an O'ahu grand jury surrendered Saturday at the main police station and was booked for first-degree criminal property damage stemming from a Dec. 5, 2005, incident at the Waikiki Shell parking lot.

Maria D. Bolter, 39, was released after posting $35,000. She has an appearance scheduled Thursday at District Court.

Bolter is accused of damaging a vehicle.
