City closes Waipio Soccer Complex

The city has closed the Waipio Soccer Complex as of 7 a.m. today for all soccer games.The University of Hawai'i Wahine soccer team is still scheduled to play Idaho at 5 p.m. today.
A flash flood warning expired at 9:45 a.m. this morning, but a flood watch remains in place.
