High school offers imu for Thanksgiving feasts

Kailua High School's athletic program will provide a Thanksgiving imu for people who want to cook their turkey or other meats in a traditional Hawaiian way with drop-off from 3 to 4:30 p.m. Nov. 21 and pickup the next day from 8-9:30 a.m. at the school's imu.

Cost is $15 per tray, with a 25-pound limit.

Food must be thawed, seasoned and well wrapped with foil.

To place an order send check payable to Kailua High School, 451 Ulumanu Drive, Kailua 96734. Atten: Mel Imai IMU. Include a stamped, self-addressed envelope for tickets and a telephone number.
