Neighborhood board members needed in Hawaii Kai

The Hawai'i Kai Neighborhood Board is seeking applicants to fill terms for two subdistrict positions.The terms are through May 2009 and are in Subdistrict 9 (Haha'ione Valley) and Subdistrict 8 (Lunalilo Park, Mauka).
Residents who attend the Nov. 27 meeting will be asked to declare their candidacy and describe their interests and qualifications. You can also announce your availability by sending an e-mail to board chair Greg Knudsen at knudsen123@gmail.com.
The appointments will be made at the Nov. 27 meeting, set for 7 p.m. in the Haha'ione Elementary School cafeteria.
