Storm system soon moving away from Hawaii

The low pressure system southwest of Kaua'i is weakening and moving away to the southwest, the National Weather Service said.The atmosphere remains unstable over the state, but the system will soon be moving far enough away for drier trade wind weather to return by tomorrow.
Today: Scattered showers. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 83. South wind around 11 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30 percent. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible.
Tonight: Scattered showers. Partly cloudy, with a low around 72. Northeast wind around 7 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30 percent.
Wednesday: Isolated showers. Partly cloudy, with a high near 85. East wind around 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20 percent.
