BOE Windward community meeting set for tonight

A Windward District community meeting with various Hawai'i Board of Education members will be held 6: 30 to 8:30 this evening at Kainalu Elementary School, 165 Kaiholu St., in Kailua.The state Department of Education will present a brief report on the topics of student achievement, safety in schools, and education goals for the future.
Public education and public library issues are discussed during community meetings.
