TONIGHT'S MUST-SEE

Country Music Association Awards, 7 p.m., ABC. Rascal Flatts opens the show, then returns later with Jamie Foxx. It's a music-stuffed night. The Eagles will be there for their first CMA performance. LeAnn Rimes will do a duet with Reba McEntire and will be one of the segment hosts. Other hosts are Sara Evans and three ABC actors — James Denton, Kate Walsh and Kimberly Williams-Paisley. Brad Paisley, Kimberly's husband, will perform. So will the other entertainer-of-the-year nominees — George Strait, Kenny Chesney, Keith Urban and Rascal Flatts. Other performers: Carrie Underwood, Martina McBride, Brooks & Dunn, Josh Turner, Big & Rich, Sugarland, Jason Aldean, Rodney Atkins, Alison Krauss, Taylor Swift, Kellie Pickler and Little Big Town.

OF NOTE

"Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle" (2003), 6 p.m., FX. During green week, shouldn't they just go half-throttle?

"Phenomenon," 7 p.m., NBC. First, the field is trimmed from eight to five. Then the surviving mentalists perform.

"Back to You," 7 p.m., Fox. When Gracie's class plans a field trip to the TV station, there's trouble everywhere. Among other things, her parents (Kelsey Grammer and Patricia Heaton) disagree on how she should handle a bully.

"Ghost Hunters," 7 p.m., Sci Fi Channel. You might have missed the six-hour, live episode on Halloween inside the Waverly Hills Sanatorium. This hour recaps the findings.

" 'Til Death," 7:30 p.m., Fox. Eddie fails to get Jeff a birthday present. His attempts to recover only make things worse.

"The Environmental Media Awards," 8 p.m., E. In the midst of a "green week" emphasis, here are awards for TV episodes and individuals. And yes, Al Gore and Ed Begley are expected to be there.

"Bionic Woman," 8 p.m., NBC. Jaime is on a mission with Tom (Jordan Bridges), mixing flirting and danger. Meanwhile, her sister is arrested.

"Life," 9 p.m., NBC. Crews investigates a murder-kidnapping that may be a hate crime.
