More volunteers are needed to continue graffiti and litter removal projects and Malama 96744 is organizing them at 5 p.m. Wednesday at the PACT Kaneohe Community Family Center, 46-028 Kawa St.

The inaugural meeting is to plan for projects in Kane'ohe and Kahalu'u.

"Momentum is building, and we already have a number of people and organizations committed to contributing to the effort, but we could always use more," said Gordon Miyamoto, a coordinator for the effort.
