Leilehua stops Waianae to win OIA Red title, 12-3

Leilehua defeated Wai'anae, 12-3, to win the O'ahu Interscholastic Association's Red Division tonight at Aloha Stadium, the Mules' first OIA football title since 1984.The Mules (8-4) get a bye into the state tournament semifinals on Nov. 24 at Aloha Stadium. Wai'anae (8-3) travels to the Big Island to take on BIIF champion Kealakehe in the first round on Nov. 17.
