Kaimuki tops Roosevelt for OIA White title, 21-12

Justin Paderes rushed for 242 yards and two touchdowns as Kaimuki defeated Roosevelt, 21-12, to win the O'ahu Interscholastic Association White (Division II) Championship at Aloha Stadium tonight.

The Bulldogs (10-1) and Rough Riders (6-3-1) advance to the Division II state tournament next week.

Kaimuki plays the winner of tomorrow's Big Island Interscholastic Federation Division II championship game between Hawai'i Prep and Kamehameha-Hawai'i in the first round of next week's DII state tournament. The game is set for 7 p.m. Nov. 17 at Kaiser Stadium.

Roosevelt (6-3-1) will play its first-round game against Kaua'i at 7 p.m. that same night at Vidinha Stadium in Lihue.
