Rising surf on North Shore could hit 10 feet today

Surf along north-facing shores is continuing to rise and will likely hit heights of 7 to 10 feet today, according to the National Weather Service.

Surf along west-facing shores will increase to heights of 4 to 7 feet, while surf along east-facing shores will remain 2 to 4 feet today.

Surf along south-facing shores will diminish to heights of 2 to 4 feet.

A series of northwest swells is on the horizon through the outlook period. Surf may reach advisory levels Monday and Tuesday. Advisory levels are 12 feet on the west shore and 15 feet on the north shore.
