Annual City Lights event is scheduled for Dec. 8

The annual Kapolei City Lights event kicks off this year at the city's Kapolei Hale from 5:30 to 8 p.m. on Dec. 8.
Entertainment and free keiki games will start off the event. At 6 p.m., an electric light parade will make its way around "the Second City."
A tree-lighting ceremony will cap the festivities at 7:30.
The event is sponsored by the city, Friends of Kapolei Hale and Seagull Schools.
