Preps: Dolan, Anderson win ILH kayaking titles

Pac-Five senior Ryan Dolan and 'Iolani junior Julia Anderson won the individual titles at this morning's Interscholastic League of Honolulu kayaking championships at Ke'ehi Lagoon.Dolan, who attends Maryknoll, finished the 2,000-meter race in 9 minutes, 34.64 seconds. His finish helped Pac-Five win the boys team title with 21 points, narrowly edging Kamehameha with 23.
Anderson was first in the 2,000-meter race in 11:32.04. The Raiders won the girls team title with 18 points. Punahou was second with 25.
Kamehameha's Kaihe Chong was second in the boys race in 9:51.31 and Kamehameha's Hoku Keala was the girls runner-up in 11:46.31.
