Honolulu clinic warns patients about lost documents

A Honolulu medical clinic is advising its patients to carefully monitor their credit card and other financial statements after learning that some of its documents may have been inadvertently compromised.Ko'olau Radiology said it has learned that at least one bag of its patient-related medical information being taken to an off-site destruction site fell from a van onto the H-1 Freeway near Waipahu last month.
While many of the documents were retrieved, the company says it can't be sure it recovered all of them.
