Hawaii church offers help 'Getting Through Holidaze'

A "Getting Through the Holidaze" series begins 7 p.m. Thursday in Room 204 of Unity Church of Hawaii.
The weekly group will meet to offer support and practical tips on how to survive the holidays for those who have lost loved ones this year or experience lingering sadness or depression each year during the holiday season.
While it won't meet on Thanksgiving, the group continues through Dec. 27.
