Korean American Foundation Banquet set for Jan. 13

The Korean American Foundation banquet,The Light of the Orient, will be held at the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel at 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 13.

The foundation will be honoring the following individuals:

Kwan Jay Cho, Former President of the National Unification Advisory Council Hawaii Chapter

Patricia Hamamoto, Superintendent of the Hawai'i Department of Education

Kathryn Whang Inouye, Chief Operating Officer of the Kobayashi Group, LLC

Chief Justice Ronald Moon, Hawai'i State Supreme Court

Cost: Corporate Table Sponsors: Platinum, $10,000; Gold, $5,000; Silver, $3,000; Bronze, $1,500. Individual tickets are $75.
