Foster parent group offers stress-release workshops

The Hawai'i Foster Parent Association will offer free stress-release training workshops this week for foster and adoptive parents.Speakers will talk about how to reduce stress, how to feel in control of stress and how to attain a healthy mind and body. Free meals and childcare will provided at each training.
The schedule for workshops is available at www.hawaiifosterparent.org. Parents must call the association if they will need childcare services. To reach the group, call 522-1016.
On O'ahu, training will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Leeward Community Collge, 96-045 Ala Ike St. in Pearl City
