Community advisory panel meets Thursday

The governor's Maui Community Advisory Council will meet at 5 p.m. Thursday at the Cameron Center Auditorium, at 95 Mahalani St. in Wailuku. The public is invited.

The meeting will include presentations by Ronald Terry, administrator of the State Health Planning and Development Agency; Jan Shields, founder of the Association for Improved Healthcare on Maui; and Madge Schaefer, chair of the advisory council. Schaefer will discuss issues to be included in a priority list for 2008, which will be submitted to the governor.
