Hurley fashion competition tomorrow

Advertiser Staff

Hurley's "Walk the Walk" fashion show competition hits Hawai'i for the first time tomorrow. The event challenges three local high schools — Pearl City, Mid-Pacific Institute, and Mililani — to produce their own fashion show highlighting the Hurley Spring 2008 Collection.

The participants are responsible for styling the outfits, creating an overall theme, providing models, and overseeing hair, makeup, accessories, and shoes. The winning school will be awarded with a $5,000 donation to its art and music program.

The competition will be held at Pipeline Cafe at 6 p.m. tomorrow.
