The Hawai'i Foster Parent Association will offer free stress-release training workshops this week for foster and adoptive parents. Speakers will talk about how to reduce stress, how to feel in control of stress and how to attain a healthy mind and body. Free meals and childcare will be provided.

The schedule for workshops is available at www.hawaiifosterparent.org. Parents must call to receive childcare services. To reach the group, call 522-1016. On O'ahu, training will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Leeward Community College in Pearl City.
