Hawaii Superferry issues statement

John Garibaldi, president and CEO of Hawaii Superferry, issued this statement after a judge today lifted an injunction that has kept the vessel from traveling to Maui."On behalf of Hawaii Superferry's family of employees, we are pleased with the judge's decision today," Garibaldi's written statement said. "We are grateful for the support shown by the governor, Legislature and residents of Hawai'i, and look forward to commencing service soon. We will announce our plan for resuming service as soon as it is confirmed."
