Two Oahu hit-and-run suspects at large

Honolulu CrimeStoppers is seeking suspect information on recent hit-and-run accidents in 'Aiea and Kane'ohe.

A boy walking his bicycle across Kamehameha Highway in a crosswalk at 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 21 was injured in the 'Aiea incident. Police said the suspect vehicle is a tan or silver pickup truck, possibly a GMC, possibly with front-end damage. The boy suffered a leg injury.

The Kane'ohe hit-and-run occurred on Oct. 26 at 2:40 p.m. on Kawa Street.

A man running across the street to reach a bus stop was hit by a light-green vehicle. The driver pulled over, checked the victim, and left before police arrived. The pedestrian suffered arm and leg injuries.
