Governor to honor Kaneohe Elementary principal

Mitchell Otani, principal at Kaneohe Elementary School who was recently named National Distinguished Principal by the National Association of Elementary School Principals, will be celebrated at 3 p.m. today by Governor Linda Lingle.The ceremony will be in the Hawaii State Capitol, Executive Chambers.
