Light trades, windward showers top today's forecast

Light trade winds and a stable pattern of windward and mountain showers will persist today, according to the National Weather Service forecast.A a trough with a week weather front will move south into the state on Sunday, forecasters said.
An unsettled weather pattern will continue through the middle of next week.
