University of Hawai'i quarterback Tyler Graunke and placekicker Dan Kelly today were named the Western Athletic Conference offensive and special teams players of the week, respectively.

Graunke, who started in place of Colt Brennan, completed 33-of-46 passes for 358 yards and two touchdowns in Hawai'i's 28-26 win at Nevada on Friday.

He had no interceptions and also rushed for a touchdown in the game. In the fourth quarter, he directed a 13-play, 61-yard drive that set up the game-winning field goal.

Brennan, who suffered a concussion Nov. 10 against Fresno State, played just two snaps.

Kelly kicked a 45-yard field goal with 11 seconds left in helping the Warriors rally past Nevada 28-26 in Reno.

Kelly also made his other field-goal attempt — a 45-yarder in the first period — and both extra points.

Trailing by one and UH's perfect season on the line, his attempted field goal went through the uprights, but was nullified as Nevada had called timeout prior to the snap.

On his second attempt, he again split the uprights to give the 10-0 Warriors the victory.
