FIATAGATA FAAIFO, 56, of Wai'anae, died Nov. 6, 2007. Born in Pago Pago, American Samoa. Survived by sons, Talagi Mika, Pati Mika, Kolani Mika, Malesala Mika, Talele Mika and Saitia Faaifo; daughters, Maheleone Vaoalii and Tiresa Hanohano; brother, Kolani Brown; sisters, Fiasili Paolo, Maima Brown, May Leaga, Amy White, and Aufia; 31 grandchildren. CHARLES MASAICHI KOYANAGI, 89, of Honolulu, died Nov. 5, 2007. Born in Honolulu. Retired carpenter. Survived by wife, Suyeko; sons, Clifford, Steven and Dennis Kadokawa; daughters, Leatrice Nozaki and Janet Nakashima; 12 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; sisters, Gladys Saiki and Ann Morinoue. GRACE HATSUMI KONO NISHIDA, 89, of Honolulu, died Nov. 8, 2007. Born in 'Ewa. A federal Tripler Army Medical Center licensed practical nurse. Survived by husband, Toshiaki; half-brother, Ralph Kono; half-sister, Evelyn Kosaka. Private services held. Arrangements by Hosoi Garden Mortuary.

U.S. flag CRESPIN PAN, 76, of Kapolei, died Nov. 10, 2007. Born in Pu'ukoli'i, Maui. Survived by wife, Magdalena; son, Crespin Jr.; daughters, Lynette Eastman and Cheryl Sroufe; brothers, Rudy, Gilbert, Abe and Ernie; sisters, Marcy Panis, Cora Fernandez and Linda Cabinte; one grandson; five stepgrandchildren; one great-stepgrandchild. Visitation 9:30 a.m. tomorrow at Mililani Downtown Mortuary; service 11:15 a.m.; interment 1 p.m. at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific at Punchbowl. Retired longtime U.S. Army master sergeant; also retired from Social Security Administration; recipient of the Social Security Administration Commissioner's Award and two Purple Heart medals.

HELEN KAM SIM TAKESHITA, 75, of Pearl City, died Nov. 3, 2007. Born in Honolulu. Retired state Department of Taxation clerk. Survived by son, Esmond; brothers, Herbert and Alfred; sisters, Evelyn, Emma and Betty.
