"A Conversation on the Sarbanes-Oxley Act," a panel featuring Michael Oxley, former Republican congressman from Ohio, will be held at 5 p.m. Nov. 28 at the University of Hawai'i-Manoa School of Architecture auditorium, Room 205. The panel will discuss the impact of Sarbanes-Oxley Act, passed by Congress in 2002 to strengthen auditing standards for publicly traded companies. Free. Limited seating. LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT SERIES. "Creating Strong Teams, One Person at a Time!" is the theme of a workshop to be held Nov. 29 at My Office, 1019 Waimanu St., Suite 101.
