"A Conversation on the Sarbanes-Oxley Act," a panel featuring Michael Oxley, a former Republican congressman from Ohio, will be held at 5 p.m. at the University of Hawai'i-Manoa, School of Architecture auditorium, Room 205. The panel will discuss the impact of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, passed by Congress in 2002 to strengthen auditing standards for publicly traded companies. Free. Limited seating.
