Hawaii stock index rises, led by bank stocks

The Bloomberg-Honolulu Advertiser Hawai'i Index ended the week with a gain as bank stocks led the increase.The 11-member stock index climbed 1.31 points to 92.32, as seven issues rose, three fell and one remained unchanged.
Bank of Hawaii was at the top of the gainer list, increasing $1.40, or 2.9 percent, to $50.36.
Central Pacific Financial rose 63 cents, or 3.3 percent, to $19.70.
