AVALON REALTY

JO ANN YEE has been promoted to vice president of Avalon Realty. She will oversee all operational aspects of running the brokerage company. Yee was project manager with Avalon Development Co. and has been involved in real estate development, marketing and sales for more than 15 years.

HUGGO'S

Huggo's has named Valerie Lamb general manager. Most recently, Lamb worked in restaurant management and operations at Outrigger Keauhou Beach Resort.

SHERATON KEAUHOU BAY RESORT & SPA

Jerry Robb has been promoted to chief engineer at Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort & Spa.

U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS

ANDREW CONSTANTARAS has been promoted to the senior executive service position of regional business director of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, South Pacific Division.

Constantaras is chief of the Business Technical Division for the Pacific Division, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Shafter. He is responsible for the oversight, command and control, and quality assurance of all engineering and construction activities for a large, geographically diverse program in Hawai'i, Alaska, Japan, Korea and other U.S. territories and foreign nations within the Pacific Basin and Far East areas.

MENTAL HEALTH KOKUA

GREG PAYTON has been selected CEO of Mental Health Kokua, which specializes in recovery services for Hawai'i adults with mental illness. Prior to joining Mental Health Kokua, Payton served as regional manager for Kaiser Behavioral Health Services.

CENTRAL PACIFIC BANK

Central Pacific Bank has announced several promotions and hires:

Ryan Harada has been named executive vice president and manager of the Commercial Real Estate Loan Division. Harada is responsible for growing the bank's commercial real estate portfolio, focusing on projects in Hawai'i.

Karen Street has been named executive vice president and director of human resources. Street is responsible for overall strategic direction for all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and organizational and leadership development.

Mary Weisman has been hired as senior vice president and credit risk manager in the credit and risk group, responsible for corporatewide oversight of credit policies and procedures, credit portfolio reporting and management and reserve analysis.

Maggie Phan has been hired as vice president and internal audit deputy manager.

Lori Hiramatsu has been hired as vice president and retail credit operations manager.

Stacy Caswell has been hired as assistant vice president and senior compliance officer.

Orest Saikevych has been hired as assistant vice president and fixed income investment officer.
