Christmas lights close one lane of Punchbowl Street

Crews stringing Christmas lights on trees in front of the Department of Education have closed off one lane of Punchbowl Street heading southbound.The work that began this morning is currently affecting traffic exiting the H-1 Freeway, creating a jam that stretches to exit's entrance near Royal Elementary School.
