Wet week ahead, National Weather Service says

Advertiser Staff

Though clear skies are expected to prevail through the weekend, forecasters are predicting wet weather will roll in Monday and persist through late in the week.

The rains are not forecast to be heavy, but the long period of wet weather could create the potential for flooding, National Weather Service forecasters said.

For today at least, the weather service is expecting clear trade wind weather, with a few scattered showers.

Highs today will be between 79 and 84 degrees.

Lows tonight will range from 68 to 73 degrees.
