Artist Sally French gives free talk tomorrow

A free Art Lunch lecture at the State Art Museum downtown is part of The SFCA Awards Recipient Series.

With the talk, "In the Sally French Studio: Fuzz and Fury on Kaua'i," artist Sally French will give a glimpse into the focus of her work, including her inspirations, working processes, and studio environment, from noon to 1 p.m. in the Hawai'i State Art Museum, 1st Floor, Multipurpose Room.

French was the recipient of an SFCA Individual Artist Fellowship Award in Visual Arts in 2000. Her artwork is in the SFCA Art in Public Places Collection and in many corporate, public, and private collections throughout the United States.
