Pearl Harbor-based USS Crommelin deploys tomorrow

The Pearl Harbor-based Oliver Perry class guided missile frigate, USS Crommelin, will be deploying at 1 p.m. tomorrow to the western Pacific to support the war on terrorism.Family and friends can say goodbye to the sailors as they deploy tomorrow.
The Navy announced the deployment today.
The USS Crommelin is a multimission warship. It was originally designed to escort and protect convoys, underway replenishment groups, amphibious landing groups and carrier battle groups.
