Flooding reported on Kauai roadways

Kaua'i police re-opened the Kapa'a bypass road at 7:30 tonight after closing it for 25 minutes due to flooding.One northbound lane on Kuhio Highway near the Kaua'i Community Correctional Center was also closed earlier.
A flash flood watch is in effect for Kaua'i, Ni'ihau and O'ahu through Wednesday afternoon.
