Liliha man arrested on $100,000 warrant

Police today arrested a 46-year-old man on an outstanding $100,000 warrant.Tuipuapua E. Moananu, also known as Muavae Tuipuapua and 10 other names, was arrested at 4 p.m. on the 1400 block of Liliha Street.
His parole was revoked in March 2007.
Moananu was booked on two first-degree robbery counts, including one from 2006, and impersonating a law enforcement officer.
